| I saw a Ad in the paper that had Case knifes in it. So I went to the store and looked around and the guy that helped me was Ron. What a good employee to represent your store and sell your knifes. He takes his time with me and answers every question I have about the Case knifes and he shows me any knife I ask to see, and gives me his honest opinion. So I would like to say thanks to Ron and the rest of the crew for going above and beyond the call of customer satisfaction. |

| went to the huntington location, they were very friendly, courteous and helpful. When they didn't have the part I needed, they sent me to a place that could help me. Now that's service. |

| I work for a YouthBuild program which assists youth in obtaining their GED and learn construction trades. Mr. Waggoner and his associates at General Building Supply have been extremely helpful. They have provided us with necessary literature and tools to teach our students valuable information. Our students can utilize these tools for the rest of their life. Thanks so much for your help! |
